Following post outlines all the events that took place during the months of Nov & Dec of 2024.
During the Nov general meeting, two presentations on sustainable floral designing & transplantation of roses in Central Florida took place. A number of Central Florida friendly roses were displayed. Hostesses Mary Beth C & Pam S provided delicious snacks to the members.
Early December, few members came together to help decorate the town Christmas tree.
During Dec general meeting, members were able to learn about the intricacies of petite floral designing from renowned FFGC creative floral designer Judy Gore. Judy went over the rules & regulations for entering a petite design for a flower show along with some sample illustrations of how to create a design with interesting objects that one comes across in their daily life. After the presentation members enjoyed Christmas luncheon.
