Speaker Buck Mussatto educated the members regarding edible landscaping & various edible plants we might be overlooking in our current gardens.

2018 Arbor Day Tree Planting

On Thursday, Jan. 18, 2018, the Windermere Garden Club in cooperation with the Town of Windermere’s Tree Board had a Florida Arbor Day tree planting.

Long time Windermere GC Arbor Day Committee Co-Chairmen Jackie R. and Peggy C. were not able to actively volunteer at this event this year and they were sorely missed!

The highlight of the tree planting was the musical program presented by the Windermere Union Church preschoolers.
