On Thursday, Oct. 11th, we had a general meeting at Windermere Town Hall. Special thank you to Debra N. for the photos in this blog post.
Our hostesses for the informal coffee before the meeting were Dorie B. and Margaret S. At the last minute Dorie was not able to attend the meeting, so thanks to her spouse for delivering some of the refreshments. Also a special thank you to Hostess Margaret S. was a substitute hostess. Thank you both for the delicious refreshments.

Our speaker was a representative from the St. John’s Riverkeeper program. She was very informative. Thank you.
Our next general meeting will be on Thursday, Nov. 8th at Windermere Town Hall. We will have an informal coffee at 9:30am and the meeting will begin at 10 am. Our speaker will be Rob Williams from Walt Disney World Horticulture. He will be speaking on orchids.
Note: If you wish to attend our Dec. 13th general meeting/holiday luncheon at 11:30 am at Orange Tree Golf Club, you must have your paid reservation in by Dec. 7th. Cost is $23/person. Contact Jackie at 407-876-5789 if you do not make your paid reservation at the Nov. 8th meeting.
