On Feb. 9th, we had our general meeting with an informal coffee.  Maggie K. and Marlene G. were our hostesses and they did a great job!

Our speaker was Robert Bowden, Director Leu Gardens.  We all had a great time and he had a very informative program on container gardening. He had many great hints on plant selection and had many wonderful examples of the simple but classy container styles used now days. No more painted pots or funky bathtub plantings etc…

Our next general meeting will be the FIRST  Thursday in March which is March 2nd.  Our annual crazy card party and luncheon fundraiser will be the second Thursday in March which is March 9th.
